Our Goals

It is about the will of communicating. Language is just a tool.

In our workshops – attended by different age groups - we intend to deliver a common message: communication transcends beyond language.

Our starting premise is that we are all different, as a matter of fact. We have all faced barriers in our life, just by encountering people of another culture, gender or social status, among others. We are used to find barriers, and we even make use of them sometimes. At the end of the day, language barriers just emphasise and excuse discrimination.

Therefore, our goals for these workshops are to learn - in a safe and open environment – how to take initiative, enabling communication.  By changing our point of view and attitude, we might help social integration in our city.
